Hello! I am so grateful that you found my page and are drawn to my work. I love what I do and I love meeting new people and getting them in my chair and my hands in their hair! But not everyone is a match. Because of the nature of my business I have had to implement very strict policies regarding cancellations and no-shows. This is an appointment based business and each client takes a big block of time so I’m able to give you the best service possible. When those blocks sit empty so does my wallet. I simply expect each of our time and money to be respected and for an equal energy exchange to occur.

Deposit

I require a $50 deposit that will go towards your scheduled service.

Cancellations

I require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations. I understand that things come up, but that’s exactly what this policy is made for. I have a heart, but I’m also running a business. If I receive a cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment a $50 cancellation fee is due. No questions asked, no excuses.

No-Shows

I have zero tolerance for no-call no-shows. I will give one warning, but after that I will recommend you to another stylist. The fee is half of the scheduled service.
